OVERVIEW Scarborough Village is a quiet neighbourhood that features affordable homes in the Eglinton Avenue area and executive homes south of Kingston Road, overlooking Lake Ontario. The Scarborough Bluffs and Toronto's east-end waterfront parks are just minutes away.
