President Maureen O'Neill is a Broker / Manager with Bosley Real Estate
Inc., who has more than 15 years of experience in organized real estate. Ms. O'Neill's
experience as a former TREB senior staff member has added an important element
to her contribution. She has been involved with TREB in numerous areas that include
Communications, Education, Executive, Government Relations and Professional Standards.

Tom Lebour is a Past President of the Mississauga Real Estate Board
and has been a TREB Director since 2004. He is a Broker with Royal LePage Real
Estate Services. He has been a REALTOR¨ for 30 years. Mr. Lebour has made valuable
contributions to TREB in a number of areas including Professional Standards, Finance,
Communications, MLS Display, Executive and Emerging Technology and Business Practices.
He also sits on committees for the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Ontario
Real Estate Association.

Past President Dorothy Mason FRI. CRB. is a Broker with Royal
LePage Your Community Realty. Mrs. Mason has been a TREB Member for 30 years and
a Director for five years. She has been involved with many aspects of TREB in
the areas of Finance, Education, By-Laws, Professional Standards, Government Relations
and Arbitration, among others. Mrs. Mason is a Past Chair of Markham Board of
Trade and served six years on Unionville Home Society Board, a home for the aged
in Unionville. She is also a Past Director of the Seneca College Foundation and
the Substantial Membership Director of the Ontario Real Estate Association.

Deborah Abraham, North Non-Brokerage Director, brings to the
Board over 11 years of real estate experience. Ms. Abraham has served TREB in
a number of areas that include Professional Standards, REALTOR Quest Conference
Professional Standards and MLS. Ms. Abraham also holds the Market Value Appraiser
Designation (MVA) and is a Broker with Prudential Lorimer Realty.

Ron Abraham, AACI, FRI, CRB, REI, Director-at-Large, is the Broker of
Record at Prudential Lorimer Realty and has nearly 40 years of real estate experience.
He is a widely recognized real estate instructor (over 30 years) throughout Ontario.
Mr. Abraham has Chaired and served on a number of TREB task forces and committees,
including the Executive Committee, Finance and Government Relations Committees.
He recently served as Vice-Chair of the Government Relations Committee. Mr. Abraham
is also a Past President of The Toronto Real Estate Board and the Cornwall and
District Real Estate Board. He has also served on a number of Task Forces and
committees for the Ontario Real Estate Association including Legal Resources,
Government Relations and Education.

Stuart Braund joins the Board as West Non-Brokerage Director
for the 2007/2008 term. Mr. Braund is a Broker with Sutton Group Professional
Realty Inc. who has been actively working with Government on behalf of REALTOR®
interests for more than 13 years. A former director of the Brampton Real Estate
Board, Mr. Braund Chaired its Government Relations Committee for eight years.
He has also served on the Ontario Real Estate Association's Government Relations
Committee. Mr. Braund has made an outstanding contribution to TREB's Government
Relations efforts, serving on TREB's Government Relations Committee for more than
a decade. In 2000, Mr. Braund was presented with TREB's prestigious Committee
Service Award.

Larry Cerqua, Central Non-Brokerage Director, has been a TREB Member
since 1981 and a Broker since 1987. He is currently a Broker at Sutton Group Bayview
Realty. Mr. Cerqua brings substantial experience in real estate education to his
first term as a TREB Director. Through his involvement with the Ontario Real Estate
College beginning in 1988, he has been a Certified Instructor for several levels
and types of courses. He has also been involved with TREB and the Real Estate
Council of Ontario (RECO) in different capacities over the years, and has been
an expert witness for the provincial courts in several fraud trials.

Paul Etherington, East Non-Brokerage Director, is a Broker / Manager
of RE/MAX Rouge River. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Mr.
Etherington has offered valued input to a number of TREB activities including
Professional Standards, Communications, Education, By-Laws, MLS and Finance.

Heather A. Fuller, Director-at-Large, has been in the real estate profession
for 15 years, and is the Broker of Record at Martin & Meredith Limited. Ms. Fuller
has been very involved with TREB, contributing in the areas of TorontoMLS Implementation,
Education, Dues and Finance. She is also involved with the Real Estate Council
of Ontario. Ms. Fuller has received TREB's Committee Service Award for her contributions.

Ann Hannah, West Brokerage Director, joins the Board as West Brokerage
Director. Ms. Hannah began her real estate career more than 30 years ago. As the
Broker of Record at Sutton Group - Old Mill Realty Inc., she brings to the Board
considerable experience and dedication to the profession. Ms. Hannah has worked
with TREB in a number of areas including Finance, MLS, Professional Standards
and Members Special Needs.

William E. Johnston, Director-at-Large, is a Broker at Royal Lepage
Your Community Realty. A Member since 1982, Mr. Johnston has long been involved
with TREB as a two-time past Director and made important contributions in the
areas of By-Laws, MLS, Government Relations, Education and many others. Holder
of a Masters degree and a Law degree, Mr. Johnston brings to TREB experience as
an author, educator and Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Garry Lander joins the Board of Directors as Chair of the Executive
Council Commercial Division. A TREB Member for more than 20 years, Mr. Lander
is a salesperson with J.J. Barnicke Limited, Brokerage. Mr. Lander has been actively
involved in the Executive Council Commercial Division for more than a decade.
He has made numerous contributions on sub-committees such as those for the Merit
Award, Insight Magazine and the Advanced Rough Guide to Construction Costs.
Mr. Lander has also served as the Commercial Representative on TREB's Finance
Committee.

Ken McLachlan, Central Brokerage Director, is the Broker of Record at
RE/MAX Hallmark and he brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to
TREB. Mr. McLachlan has served a number of committees and task forces addressing
issues such as Emerging Technology and Business Practices, Incorporation of Salespeople,
Buyer Registry, Pension and Benefits, Arbitration and Professional Standards,
Executive, Finance and MLS Integrity.

Rosalind Menary, East Brokerage Director, is the Broker of Record at
Sutton Group Heritage Realty Inc. Ms. Menary has been a TREB Member for 30 years
and was a Member of the Durham Region Real Estate Board for 17 years. In addition
to her Task Force work at TREB, she brings experience from her many contributions
to DRREB over the years that included work on several committees. Ms. Menary has
been very active in a number of charitable organizations in the Ajax-Pickering
area including the United Way and in raising funds for a local women's shelter.

Joseph C.W. Shum, North Brokerage Director, is the Broker of Record
at Mid-land Group Realty Inc. and has been a TREB Member for 18 years. He is actively
involved in a wide range of real estate organizations including the Real Estate
Institute of Canada, Real Estate Council of Ontario and several other national
and international bodies. Mr. Shum also serves as Director of the Association
of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs and the Chinese Real Estate Professionals Society
of Ontario. He has contributed to TREB in the areas of Ethics, Arbitration and
Professional Standards and By-Laws and recently served as Chair of Professional
Standards Hearing Committee.

Richard Silver, Director-at-Large, is a Sales Representative with Bosley
Real Estate and has been a Member of TREB for more than 25 years. Mr. Silver,
a former Community Award recipient, is a committed volunteer who offers valuable
insight into the real estate business. This term, he returns to the Board to serve
as Director-at-Large. During his Membership he has served in a number of capacities,
most recently the MLS and Communications Committees. Mr. Silver presently sits
on Task Forces for the Canadian and Ontario Real Estate Associations, and has
been named a REALTOR¨ Governor of the REALTORS¨ Care Foundation.
